As women we are often hard on ourselves when there is something in life we want to be different. This new online course offers an opportunity to practice mindfulness, reflect and support a small community of women as we all take a small step towards something we want to creatively transform.
The programme consists of three online meet ups, a support manual and audio recordings every three days which coincide with the changing moon cycle. We use the cycle of the moon to connect back with the changing cycles of nature and to notice our own rythyms of energy and depletion. This is ultimately a programme designed to cultivate compassion, transformation and acceptance; there's nothing more magical than that!
